Terms of Service

Welcome to AgenticOcean. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgenticOcean platform, website, and associated enterprise APIs (collectively, the "Services") provided by VaultStack AI Private Limited ("VaultStack AI", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Security

To use AgenticOcean, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your password and API keys.
  • Promptly notify us of any security breaches or unauthorized access to your account.
  • Take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Use of AgenticOcean Services

AgenticOcean provides a platform for deploying and orchestrating autonomous AI agents. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the AgenticOcean platform.
  • Use the Services to develop a competing product or service.
  • Deploy autonomous agents that violate our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), including but not limited to agents designed for malicious hacking, spamming, or circumventing security controls.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or billing mechanisms.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts, workflows, and business data you input into AgenticOcean. We claim no intellectual property rights over your proprietary data.

Our Platform: VaultStack AI retains all rights, title, and interest in the AgenticOcean platform, including its underlying orchestration logic, UI designs, code, and trademarks. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our express written permission.

4. Billing and Payments

AgenticOcean operates on a subscription and usage-based model (e.g., API calls, compute hours). Fees are billed in advance for subscriptions and in arrears for overage usage. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. If your payment method fails, we may suspend your API access until the balance is resolved.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultStack AI Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the past 12 months.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to AgenticOcean at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. If we terminate your account for a violation of these Terms, you will not receive a refund for any prepaid fees. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
