Refund Policy

At VaultStack AI Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with AgenticOcean. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are provided for our SaaS subscriptions and API usage.
1. Standard 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
For all new, self-serve subscription plans (e.g., Growth Tier), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you decide within the first 14 days of your initial subscription that AgenticOcean does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund of your base subscription fee.
- This guarantee applies only to the first billing cycle of a new subscription.
- To request a refund under this guarantee, you must email support@agenticocean.app before the 14-day period expires.
2. Usage-Based Fees (API & Compute)
AgenticOcean relies heavily on high-performance NVIDIA GPU infrastructure and external LLM API calls. Because we incur direct costs for compute and inference the moment an agent executes a workflow: All usage-based fees, overages, and compute costs are strictly non-refundable.This applies even if you cancel your subscription within the 14-day window.
3. Enterprise & Custom Deployment
For Enterprise Tier customers requiring custom SLA, VPC deployment, or dedicated infrastructure provisioning, refunds are governed by the specific terms of your Master Service Agreement (MSA). Unless explicitly stated in your MSA, enterprise onboarding fees, dedicated hardware provisioning fees, and annual upfront commitments are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Prorated Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the AgenticOcean Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a monthly or annual subscription.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of prolonged, documented service outages that violate our SLA, we may, at our sole discretion, issue service credits to your account. Service credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded to your credit card or bank account.
