Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and unacceptable uses of the AgenticOcean platform and all related services provided by VaultStack AI Private Limited. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Core Philosophy

AgenticOcean is designed to automate legitimate enterprise workflows. Because autonomous agents have the capability to act independently across the internet and third-party APIs, it is critical that they are deployed responsibly, ethically, and safely.

2. Prohibited Agentic Behaviors

You may not use AgenticOcean to build, test, or deploy autonomous agents that:

  • Perform Cyberattacks: Exploit vulnerabilities, conduct DDoS attacks, brute-force credentials, or engage in penetration testing without explicit, written authorization from the target system's owner.
  • Generate Spam or Phishing: Automate the mass distribution of unsolicited emails, SMS, or social media messages, or create deceptive phishing campaigns.
  • Bypass Security Controls: Defeat CAPTCHAs, biometric checks, or other anti-bot mechanisms on third-party websites.
  • Commit Financial Fraud: Automate deceptive financial transactions, market manipulation, or unauthorized cryptocurrency operations.
  • Scrape Illegally: Extract data from websites or APIs in violation of their respective Terms of Service or Robots.txt files.

3. Content Restrictions

You may not use the underlying LLM connections within AgenticOcean to generate or process:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that exploits or harms minors.
  • Content that promotes terrorism, violence, or self-harm.
  • Deepfakes or synthetic media designed to impersonate real individuals without their consent for malicious purposes.
  • Unlicensed copyrighted material or intellectual property belonging to others.

4. Regulatory Compliance

You are entirely responsible for ensuring that your autonomous workflows comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and telemarketing regulations (such as the TCPA).

5. Enforcement & Auditing

VAULTSTACK AI reserves the right to monitor aggregate platform usage to detect AUP violations. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take action up to and including immediate suspension or termination of your AgenticOcean account, without refund, and report severe violations to law enforcement agencies.
